Pronouncing the Will of God

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

“Whatsoever things you bind on earth shall be bound in the heavens…” As these words rang through my consciousness, it dawned on me to ask, who are the “you” here? They are the church, because in the preceding verse the Lord mentions the church. So that this is a continuation of the previous verse. Therefore the meaning of this verse now before us is: “whatsoever the church binds on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever the church loose on earth shall be loosed in the heaven”

Here is an important principle: God works through the church today. He cannot do what He desires to do unless he does it through the church. This is sobering. Today, God cannot do things by His own Self alone, because there is another free will, and without the cooperation of that another free will, God is not able to do anything. The measure of the power of the church today determines the manifestation of the power of God. God has bound himself to the church. His power is now revealed through the church. If the church is unable to arrive at a position as great as she is able to reach, the manifestation of the power of God is also not able to reach the same greatness and highness.

The same thing can be applied to the flow of water from the water tank to the faucet. The water tank is huge, its flow is limited only by the water pipes that serve as conduit of the water in the tank. If we want the water to flow as might as it can be, we need to have large pipes attached to it as channels. The larger the pipe, the more water flows. The smaller the pipe, the more hindered is the flow of water. Today, the degree by which the power of God flows in the church is dependent upon the capacity of the church. Just as when God manifested himself in Christ so powerfully and unhindered, so is the church able to govern how the power of God is able to manifest to the world. The greater the capacity of the church, the greater is the manifestation of His power, and the fuller the knowledge of God.

We need to see that in all the things which God does on earth today He will first get the church to stand with Him, and then He will do the work through her. God will not execute anything without: Whatever He does today, He does it with the cooperation of the church. She is the vessel by which God manifest himself to the world. Just as Christ was 2000 years ago.

God in the heavens purposes to do something, but He will not perform it until there is a movement on the earth. Numerous are the things that God wants to bind and lose on the earth! Countless are the people and things that are in contradiction and are not in subjection to Him, and all these God expects to bind. And many also are the things that are spiritual, and unnumbered are the people that are humble before him, God expects these to be loosed. But the problem lies that, there is no movement toward that end. God Almighty is waiting for the earth to move so that He can do His mighty work on the earth. God wills for the earth to govern the action in the heavens. He desires for His church on earth to govern heaven, to pronounce His will on earth that He may so do it.

We cannot increase nor decrease the power of God. But we can sure hinder it. We can obstruct it. We cannot ask God to do what He does not want to do or does not will to do. Yet we can restrict Him from doing what he wants to do. Do we see this as such. Do we see the church as having such responsibility to pronounce the will of God on earth so that God may do it for His Glory and Honor.

May the Lord so open your eyes to see.

Welcome to Bended Ministry of Worship!

At the closing of this age, the activities of the enemy are intensified. How greatly are the children of God being attacked, oppressed and escpecially decieved. Now is the time for the saints to rise up and exercise the victory of the cross to resist and counterattack the Enemy. How fierce is the battle. Can the saints overcome without fully armed? Beloved of God, arise, stand on the victory of Calvary, and proclaim the victory of Christ. Your King is coming, and the days of the enemy are numbered.

We must come on bended knees at the foot of the Cross to overcome.
